Living in a new house is kinda awesome, it's all great and shiny and fun and it's turned me into somewhat of a neat freak. I am not even close to being a neat freak normally, but all the sudden I'm like MUST do dishes. There are like, 3 forks and a bowl dirty, OMFG. J thought he would be the neat freak, since it's his house that he purchased with his money, but nope. It's me.
OK, so I thought my TV addiction was bad before? I'm such a loser now you guys. J bought a 61" HD LCD DLP ABCDEFG television and we got Dirctv HD with a DVR!! Exciting! I can record stuff! Even when I'm not there! And when I'm watching something else. Commercials? Fuck commercials. I can fast forward them. It's pretty much heaven. Oh yeah, and surround sound too. I am not bragging, because it's not my stuff, but I get to use it all the time... So, yeah OK, I'm bragging.
And he got a this sectional couch that is all poofy and overstuffed and has a reclining chase lounge and he tells me I'm not allowed to sleep on it because it's bad for a sofa to be slept on and I'm all like "Um, it is impossible NOT to sleep on this thing so I guess I'll have to sit on the floor from now on?" Needless to say I slept on it a couple times so far. In your face J.
The neighbors are nice. The lady brought us over a plate of chocolate chip cookies. J wasn't there so I told her my name and said that my boyfriend would be home later and I'll tell him she stopped by, etc. She also informed me she has 28 grandchildren and I was trying to figure out the math on that one, whoa. So then I notice the Mary statue in their front yard and realized, Oh duh, Catholic. Now they probably hate us because we're living in unmarried sin.
I brought Timber and Lucky with me to J's, they're doing really well and Lucky has even seemed to come out of her shell a little more. She is always laying by me now, but I still can't walk up to her and pick her up, she hates that. Timber is as cute as ever and J claims he is going to get Timber to love him more than me, not possible jerkface.
My parents were nice enough to take Crusher in. They're still in the process of getting him adjusted to their dog and cat. Not going too well, hopefully that will change. They have a cat, Charlie, who is like 17 years old and has been the only cat since he was a kitten and he is not taking it well. For example, he smelled Crusher on my mom when he jumped on her lap and hissed at my mom. He has never in 17 years hissed at a human. I feel kinda bad disrupting his world and all, but buck up there tiger, it'll be OK. Here's a picture of Charlie just because I have happen to have one saved on this computer.

I got a laptop, but no internet at the new house so I haven't even turned it on yet. Is that weird? That I'm not even that excited that I got a brand new laptop? I mean, it's nice and will be convenient, but...
Eh.
This is a really boring post, but all I've been doing is moving and getting settled so this is my life.
